Gian Vittorio Baldi was born on October 30, 1930 in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. He was a director and writer, known for Fire! (1968), Night of the Flowers (1972) and Diary of a Schizophrenic Girl (1968). He was married to Macha Méril. He died on March 23, 2015 in Faenza, Emilia-Romagna.
